Terms and Conditions

All goods remain the property of Ecotronic Ltd until payment is received in full. Payments are due 30 days from invoice date.
We reserve the right to change any prices without prior notification.  However adequate notice will be given whenever possible.

In circumstances where we are unable to supply an item, a carefully selected alternative may be supplied.  In the event that this does not meet with your requirements, please notify us within 7 days and a full credit will be given.

All damages and shortfalls must be notified within 7 days of the invoice date to receive credit or replacement.
Any faulty goods must be notified within 30 days of invoice date to receive credit or replacement.

Due to the nature of these goods, sizes, styles, patterns and colours may vary from those described.
All sizes given are approximate and relate to the product unless otherwise stated.

No responsibility is accepted for unsold goods or consequential loss unless there is a manufacturing fault.
We may arrange collection or cover the cost of return carriage but do not accept responsibility for consequential carriage.

Minimum order value = £100.00 net

Minimum carriage paid value = £250.00 net (orders under this will incur a carriage charge of £7.00 plus VAT. This is only valid for deliveries to UK mainland - outlying postcodes and anywhere outside the UK mainland may be subject to a further carriage charge (amount specific to each consignment).

Priority next day delivery is available for an additional £15 + VAT (UK mainland only)
